L'Arche Chicago is incorporated in the state of Illinois as a not for profit organization [501 c (3)]. A Board of Directors from the local area governs L'Arche Chicago. We have a Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) license from the state of Illinois. Presently we receive no state or federal funding. We are funded by donations from our friends, foundations and church organizations. We are part of and pay service fees to L'Arche US Central Region and L'Arche USA Zone.
